Overview

These Terms govern your use of Color Analysis Online, including free color snapshot results, AI-assisted analysis, member report credits, downloadable report images, account features, checkout flows, and support services.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the service and enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use the service for another person, you are responsible for having the necessary permission to upload their photo and receive analysis about them.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, purchasing a product, or requesting support.

Uploaded Content

You must only upload photos and other content that you have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, and you grant Color Analysis Online the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, generate, display, deliver, secure, and support the requested service.

Service and Reports

Color Analysis Online provides a free quick color snapshot and paid membership products. Active members receive report credits that can be used to unlock complete downloadable 4K widescreen report images. Monthly memberships currently include 2 report credits per billing cycle, annual memberships currently include 24 report credits issued for the year, and active members may buy booster credits when offered.

Report generation may take time and can fail because of photo quality, provider availability, network issues, abuse checks, or other operational reasons. We may retry, regenerate, or provide support where reasonable.

Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits

Pricing and purchase terms are shown on the pricing page, product page, or checkout screen at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another listed payment provider. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled, payment fails, or access otherwise ends.

Report credits are digital entitlements for Color Analysis Online. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may require an active membership depending on the product. Booster credits do not extend membership time.

For subscription cancellation, billing issues, duplicate charges, failed report generation after payment, or refund requests, contact support. Except where required by law, successfully delivered digital outputs or consumed report credits may be non-refundable once generated, unlocked, or downloaded.

AI Disclaimer

Color analysis results are AI-assisted estimates generated from the information and photos you provide. They are intended as practical styling guidance, not medical advice, professional image consulting, identity verification, or a guaranteed statement of personal suitability. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, filters, camera settings, face visibility, and other input conditions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, deception, infringement, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, service disruption, or attempts to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, report access controls, or security measures.

Intellectual Property

Color Analysis Online retains ownership of the service, brand, site content, report templates, interface design, generated layout formats, software, and related intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use your generated report for personal styling and personal reference. You may not resell, sublicense, or present the service output as a separate competing product without permission.

Report Access and Deletion

You may delete reports from your account view where the product provides that control. Deleting a report from your account may not immediately remove all related order, support, security, backup, or historical generation records. For broader deletion requests, contact support.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including product packaging, pricing, free features, report formats, AI providers, and credit rules. Changes will not reduce already purchased rights except where necessary for security, legal compliance, provider availability, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" except where prohibited by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact accuracy, or that every report will match your personal preference. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Analysis Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
