Eligibility

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Uploaded Content

You must only upload photos and other content that you have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content. If you upload a photo of another person, you are responsible for having the necessary permission to do so.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse other users, interfere with service integrity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Billing

If paid products are offered, pricing and purchase terms will be shown at checkout or on the applicable product page. Duplicate charges and technical failures may be refunded or retried at our discretion. Except where required by law, successfully delivered digital outputs may be non-refundable once generated or downloaded.

AI Disclaimer

Color analysis results are estimates generated from the information and photos you provide. They are not medical advice, professional image consulting, or a guaranteed statement of personal suitability. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, filters, and other input conditions.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the service. Color Analysis Online retains ownership of the service, branding, site content, report templates, and related intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
